Looted gold jewelery by posing as a policeman
On Thursday, three youths, posing as police, removed three gold chains and bracelets from the owner of Kanakalaya Jewelers from Ramna locality of Gaya’s Civil Lines police station area. The youth, posing as policemen, told them that looting had increased. There have been frequent robberies in the city during morning walks. You take off the jewelery and keep it in the trunk of the car. When Vikas Kumar took out three gold chains and a bracelet, a fake policeman took out a paper and asked him to wrap it in it. The accused changed the paper. When he went ahead and opened the trunk of the car and opened the paper, he saw that a small brick was kept in it. After this the victim gave complete details of the incident at the Civil Lines police station. After the incident, the police registered a case and started investigating the matter.

Woman crossing the road crushed by oil tanker
In Muzaffarpur, a woman crossing the road with her child was crushed by an oil tanker. The accident was so horrific that the woman died on the spot, however, the child survived. The child has been admitted to the hospital. The incident took place on NH 27 under Motipur police station area. Here, as soon as information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot. The police took the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem. Here, after the incident, local people started demanding the arrest of the tanker driver.

Married woman hanged herself to death in Bettiah
In Bettiah, a married woman has lost her life by hanging herself. The incident took place in West Kargahiya Colony under Kalibagh police station area of the district. Police have also recovered two mobile phones from the spot, due to which the case seems suspicious. Police reached the spot after receiving information about the incident and took the body into custody and sent it to GMCH Hospital Bettiah for post-mortem. The police is busy investigating the entire matter. The deceased has been identified as Urmila Devi, 25, wife of Upendra Kumar, resident of Rajendranagar, Kalibagh.
